Reframing Ourselves: Overcoming Self-limiting Beliefs through Cultural Intelligence

WIMAR is pleased to partner with Common Purpose, a global leadership development not for profit organization to bring together an insightful and enriching conversation with some of the women leaders from different industries and life experiences on the theme of “Reframing Ourselves: Overcoming Self-limiting Beliefs through Cultural Intelligence”.

In the conversation, you will be introduced to a powerful framework of Cultural Intelligence and how it can be practiced using the tool of Core and Flex. Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the ability to cross boundaries and thrive in multiple cultures. The journey of CQ starts from within- knowing yourself, your own culture.

Our speakers are looking forward to sharing their own leadership experiences of how CQ has helped them in their own journey to unlock their own limiting thoughts about themselves, others and external situations. You will also get to hear on some of the mind-sets, behaviours and actions that have helped them to be a better cultural intelligent leader. This is a great opportunity for you to learn from these role models and their life journey to reflect on what could be some things that you can do differently to expand the impact of your own leadership.
