“The most important questions are often the ones we wouldn’t dare ask” – Esther Perel
Well we hope this title got your attention! As we all pause to reflect on this unique year, both from a personal reflection and from the more formal performance review time - we thought it would be opportune to discuss approaches to assessing whether we are where we want to be having found our purpose, or what the next move could be, and how to bring it to reality.
For those of you who are facing the certainty of restructures and redundancy, we welcome you to question the stigma around unemployment and to be your own advocate when you job hunt.
Joining us for this discussion is Dr Jane Horan an expert in career transitions, unconscious bias and cross-cultural leadership, and Kapila Ahuja, Head of Product Innovation, Financial Markets at Standard Chartered Bank and WIMAR SG Board member for Leadership. Facilitator for this event will be Gillian Moncur, Head of Copper Research at Wood Mackenzie and WIMAR SG Board member for Events.
