WIMAR SG 2020 Mentoring Program

WIMAR SG is delighted to announce its 2020-21 professional Mentoring Program, run in association with Protégé.

This is an exclusive opportunity to join a group of like-minded people, be mentored by senior industry leaders and gain exposure to new networks and career development opportunities. Both women and men are welcome to take part in the program, led by Protégé, a Singapore-based consultancy that specializes in coaching, inclusion and diversity and leadership development.

New features for this year include an excellent ‘virtual matching’ process where all interviews are completed off-line or virtually and preferences for who you would like to work with can be input directly into the mobile app – this helps create a meaningful match for both our mentors and mentees! A Mentor Skills Workshop will help new mentors and those returning to the program build up their skills in mentoring whilst a Mentee Skills Workshop will empower all mentees on the program to be able to get the most from the experience, every step of the way.

PROGRAM SUMMARY

Protégé’s Mentoring Program is a fully supported and structured development program, and includes:

  • Clearly defined roles for Mentors and Mentees
  • Matching of the Mentor and Mentee
  • One-to-one mentoring
  • Tailored skills workshops for both Mentors and Mentees
  • Peer to peer learning and support
  • Multiple networking opportunities
  • Professional supervision support for Mentors
