WIMAR young talent survey of mining industry
In 2022/23, WIMAR conducted a survey with the support of Enterprise Singapore, SMU, NTU, NUS, and several other educational institutions. The purpose of this inaugural Young Talent Perception Survey is to establish a baseline understanding of young talent’s work preferences and perceptions of the mining and resources sector in Singapore.
