For WIMAR’s first event of 2022, we are bringing together both experienced female leaders as well as upcoming young speakers in celebration of International Women’s Day to share their candid opinions on what #BreakTheBias means to them.
As companies begin to re-build their workplaces for a post-pandemic world, our panellists will deliberate how best to reduce sub-conscious biases at work deriving from their personal stories in the various stages of their lives.
They will be comparing notes on recognising bias, articulating their views on the need for greater gender balance, and making a call to action as we work together to overcome bias and define the future of work.
